Now hiring: we are hiring an assembly operator in Sevier County, Tennessee. You should have: • Previous experience on a production or assembly line preferred • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Your main tasks: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
