Backhoe loader operator • Morgan County, West Virginia

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Morgan County, West Virginia. The job is in an open-cast mine. On the job you will handle: • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook What we are looking for: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
