Fry cook wanted in Andoni

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Andoni, Rivers State. You will work in a hotel kitchen. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Day to day you will check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces.
