Shakeout operator • Mariga, Niger State

Join our team: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Mariga, Niger State. You will mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle. Requirements: • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
