Requirements: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers The role involves weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings.
