Dogger — Stillwater County

Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Stillwater County, Montana. The job is at a power plant. On the job you will handle: • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle Requirements: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
