Fry cook — McIntosh County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fry cook in McIntosh County, Oklahoma. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Pay around $3,300 per month, based on your experience.
