Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Stephens County, Georgia. The job is at an automotive components factory. On a typical shift you will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
