Vacancy available: we are hiring a production welder in Rice County, Kansas. On the job you will handle: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Control distortion with a balanced welding sequence Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
