You should have: • A keen eye for scorch, shine and uneven creases • Sound knowledge of fabric types and correct heat settings The role involves: • Meet the daily piece target without damaging garments • Give each garment a final press before packing • Press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching • Use a pressing cloth to protect delicate fabrics • Operate the steam press and vacuum table to finish garments • Fuse interlinings and fusible tape on the fusing press Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
