Cake decorator — Clay County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a cake decorator in Clay County, Florida. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them. You should have: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 1+ years on the tools preferred.
