Now hiring: kitchen porter (Illinois)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Fulton County, Illinois. Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,100 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
