Bread baker — Saint Joseph County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Saint Joseph County, Indiana. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day-to-day duties: • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough 5+ years on the tools preferred. $4,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
