VMC operator — Borsari

Join our team: we are hiring a VMC operator in Borsari, Yobe State. The job is in a die and mould making unit. You will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. You should have: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • Experience on Fanuc/Siemens CNC controls • Good eyesight and steady hands for close-tolerance work Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
