Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Shanono, Kano State. Day to day you will tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush. Requirements: • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces Six days a week, one day off. Meals and transport allowance provided.
