Membrane applicator • Ogle County, Illinois

Join our team: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Ogle County, Illinois. The job is in lofts and crawl spaces. Day-to-day duties: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Measure and cut insulation boards neatly around pipes, ducts and openings • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness Requirements: • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Working-at-height certificate an advantage • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles 2+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
