The role involves de-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse; fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints; seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss; box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations; repair damaged plywood and timber shutters; brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour. Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Six days a week, one day off.
