Cook — Saint Charles County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cook in Saint Charles County, Missouri. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
