Concrete finisher — Perry County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete finisher in Perry County, Illinois. The job is on a high-rise slab pour. What we are looking for: • Able to work to tight pour schedules and night pours • Willing to wear safety boots, helmet and full PPE Day-to-day duties: • Erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade • Float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish 6+ years on the tools preferred.
