Great opportunity: kitchen steward (Imo State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Ehime -Mbano, Imo State. The job is in a catering unit. Your main tasks: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room You should have: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Part-time with flexible hours.
