Dish pit attendant — McCook County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in McCook County, South Dakota. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading. What we are looking for: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
