Shrink wrap operator — Huron County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shrink wrap operator in Huron County, Ohio. You will be based at a busy packing line. Your main tasks: • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals • Apply labels, barcodes and batch codes to each pack • Stack and arrange goods onto pallets for dispatch • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Strap and band pallets ready for loading You should have: • Understanding of basic food hygiene for food packing • Attention to detail for date codes and labelling • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
