Waterproofing applicator — Douglas County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Douglas County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam Day-to-day duties: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks Full-time with occasional weekends.
