Tile setter — Montgomery County

Join our team: we are hiring a tile setter in Montgomery County, Alabama. You will work in a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment. The role involves: • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency • Screed and prepare uneven floors before tiling • Run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints • Set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line • Match the tile pattern and coursing across the walls What we are looking for: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Work neatly with minimal tile wastage • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone Pay around $4,500 per month, based on your experience.
