What we are looking for: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process The role involves: • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
