Roofer — Walsall

Now hiring: we are hiring a roofer in Walsall, England. You will be based on re-roofing and repair jobs. The role involves: • Fix clay and concrete tiles onto the battens • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Bed and point ridge tiles with mortar • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck Requirements: • A driving licence is an advantage for site travel • Able to read roof pitch and set the falls • 2+ years' hands-on roofing experience Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
