Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Madison County, Texas. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. What we are looking for: • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
