Urgent requirement: paint and prep technician (Missouri)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Greene County, Missouri. The job is in an automotive paint and panel workshop. Your main tasks: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Able to read and match factory paint codes 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $4,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Contact us to fix an interview.
