Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Kent County, Maryland. You will be based in a busy paint shop. Requirements: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime On the job you will handle: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
