MIG/MAG welder — Washburn County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Washburn County, Wisconsin. The job is at a busy production line. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes On a typical shift you will tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
