Ideal candidate: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane The role involves: • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around ₦145,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
