Press setter operator — Calderdale

Vacancy available: we are hiring a press setter operator in Calderdale, England. Your main tasks: • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses • Check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges • Record output and downtime on the production sheet Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Physically fit to stand a full shift and lift blanks up to 20 kg • Knowledge of press safety, guarding and lockout-tagout At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
