Join our team: machine assembly operator (Michigan)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a machine assembly operator in Ottawa County, Michigan. Day-to-day duties: • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station What we are looking for: • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 6+ years on the tools preferred.
