Now hiring: we are hiring a panel painter in Navarro County, Texas. You will be based in a car refinishing workshop. On a typical shift you will mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting; wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying. What we are looking for: • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing Part-time with flexible hours.
