Tiling assistant — Washington County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a tiling assistant in Washington County, Idaho. The job is on a new-build housing development. On a typical shift you will set out the tile layout and snap reference lines with a chalk line; apply a waterproofing membrane in showers and wet areas; fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims; run silicone sealant into corners and expansion joints; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter. You should have: • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts.
