Cake decorator — Calhoun County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Calhoun County, Mississippi. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. You will weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; score the top of loaves before baking; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing.
