Argon welding operator wanted in Calhoun County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an argon welding operator in Calhoun County, West Virginia. You will work at a busy fabrication workshop. Requirements: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work You will clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding; run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; keep the arc length and travel speed consistent; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $3,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
