Pot washer — Isle of Wight

Vacancy available: we are hiring a pot washer in Isle of Wight, England. You will work in a hotel kitchen. On the job you will handle: • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Requirements: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
