Vacancy available: we are hiring a prep cook in Lincoln County, Oregon. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO Six days a week, one day off.
