Lifting rigger — Wadena County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Wadena County, Minnesota. On the job you will handle: • Read lift plans and method statements before starting • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear • Calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area Requirements: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles We offer $240 per day plus benefits.
