Die-casting operator wanted in Fulton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Fulton County, Kentucky. You should have: • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry On a typical shift you will maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; make and bake sand cores for the internal cavities; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
