UPVC welding machine operator — DeKalb County

Immediate opening: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in DeKalb County, Indiana. On the job you will handle: • Glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile • Wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile • Fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails Ideal candidate: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. $4,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
