Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Waldo County, Maine. The job is at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Willing to work shifts and overtime • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
