Bread baker — Roosevelt County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Roosevelt County, Montana. You will be based at a busy bakery. Your main tasks: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Score the top of loaves before baking • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks 5+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
