Your main tasks: • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand Six days a week, one day off.
