Bricklayer — Irion County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bricklayer in Irion County, Texas. The job is at a groundworks and structures site. The role involves: • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser What we are looking for: • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Physically fit for lifting bricks and blocks all day Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. $2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
