Confectioner wanted in Wabasha County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a confectioner in Wabasha County, Minnesota. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
