Now hiring: we are hiring a manufacturing operative in Hamblen County, Tennessee. You will work at a packaging facility. The role involves stack finished cartons onto pallets and shrink-wrap them; apply batch codes and date stamps to the packaging; pack finished goods into cartons and seal them; load and unload materials onto the conveyor belt; assemble components according to the work order; weigh, measure and label raw materials before each batch. Ideal candidate: • Basic reading skills to follow SOPs and labels • Aware of basic safety rules and PPE use • Keen eye for detail on quality checks 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
