Ideal candidate: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes The role involves apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean; clear scrap and offcuts from the die area; operate mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic power presses; check stamped parts against drawings using vernier calipers and gauges; punch, blank, pierce, bend and form sheet metal components; fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
