We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Jasper County, Iowa. The job is at a cake shop. The role involves load and unload the deck oven with a peel; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving 3+ years on the tools preferred.
